I have been working as a Business Advisor since June 2017 when I set up OD&C Advisory Services Ltd. OD&C stands for Organizational Development and Change. I work mainly with SME’s. I have clients in Hardware Distribution, Marketing, Pharma, Financial Services, Entertainment and Engineering. Because of my breadth of experience, I feel that have a lot to offer to smaller companies that typically do not have specialist functions. Having worked for 7 Major Corporations I also have insight into and experience of implementing what is seen as “best practice” across a wide variety of areas.
