Tom Murphy
Tom is a Lean 6 Sigma Master Black Belt. He has 40 years’ experience in a variety of sectors in
Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Sales and Order Processing. Tom has trained Lean
Practitioners up to Black Belt Level in Europe, Asia and North America. More recently Tom has been
working with a number of SME’s on improving efficiency and reducing costs.
Kate O'Connor
Kate is an experienced HR professional, with over 30 years’ experience and has held senior positions with US multi-national organisations and indigenous Irish companies. She has been on the board of US Multinational start-ups and played a leading role in multiple mergers and acquisitions. A graduate of UCC ( BA Hons) and Sheffield Hallam University (M.Sc.HR) Kate’s focus is on helping organisations grow and develop talent while focussing on all key aspects of Human Resources including Diversity and Inclusion, Learning and Development, Employment Legislation, Recruitment and Selection and HR Operations.
